Sunwoda OASIS L385 — is a high-technology external (Outdoor) energy storage system of increased capacity based on liquid cooling.

Description

Sunwoda OASIS L385 — is a high-technology external (Outdoor) energy storage system of increased capacity based on liquid cooling. Thanks to a high energy density, a compact modular design and full factory integration, the system provides fast installation and a reliable solution to complex energy tasks in the commercial, industrial and grid segments.

Main objectives and functional capabilities

  • Peak load shaving (Peak Shaving): Reduction of the peak consumption of an enterprise in order to optimise costs under the connected-capacity contract.

  • Tariff arbitrage and RES: Storing cheaper electricity during the night period, or surpluses from solar/wind plants, with subsequent output during the hours of maximum tariffs.

  • Grid services and Microgrids: Frequency and voltage regulation, grid stabilisation, fast response during emergencies and operation as part of fully autonomous microgrids.

  • Backup power (UPS): Protection of critical infrastructure and continuous production cycles against sudden power failures.

Advantages of the architecture and of the liquid cooling technology

  • Increased capacity in a compact enclosure: Makes it possible to obtain high storage figures on a minimal facility area.

  • Precision thermal management: Liquid cooling guarantees the uniform removal of heat from every LFP cell, which substantially slows down degradation and extends the overall service life of the batteries.

  • Comprehensive safety: Integrated multi-level fire suppression and gas venting systems and an intelligent monitoring complex (BMS/EMS) ensure the reliable operation of the system in harsh operating conditions.

Application areas

  • Large industrial facilities: Energy-intensive production, factories, the mining industry.

  • Combined energy complexes: Industrial solar and wind power plants for smoothing the generation profile (Smoothing).

  • Logistics and property development: Large-scale distribution centres, shopping malls, electric vehicle fast-charging hubs (EV Charging Hubs).

  • Special and grid infrastructure: Local autonomous microgrids (Microgrids), distribution substations.
