Deye ESS GE-F60 is a modern integrated energy storage system based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, which delivers continuous power of 50 kW and has a total capacity of 61.4 kWh. The «all-in-one» format brings together battery modules, BMS, the power conversion system and auxiliary units in a single enclosure intended for outdoor installation. The solution is suitable for both residential and commercial facilities.
The system is built on safe and long-lasting LFP chemistry with a modular architecture. It consists of 12 battery modules of 5.12 kWh (51.2 V each), which use a combination of an LFP cathode and a graphite anode. This ensures stable operation, high current output and reliability. Each module is equipped with multi-level protection with monitoring of voltage, current and temperature.
The intelligent battery management system balances the cells, preventing degradation and extending service life. Built-in contactors make it possible to safely disconnect the power when required. The batteries are rated for more than 6000 operating cycles, which makes them suitable for daily use over many years.
The floor-standing enclosure has IP55 ingress protection, which provides resistance to dust, moisture and external influences. The dimensions are 2235 × 1045 × 735 mm. To maintain the optimal temperature regime, a built-in air conditioner is provided, which stabilises the operation of the system.
A hybrid inverter is also integrated inside, which manages bidirectional energy flows between the DC battery and the AC grid. This opens up the possibilities of off-grid operation, «black» start, frequency balancing and efficient integration with renewable energy sources.
Control is carried out through an energy management system that tracks the condition of the equipment, performance indicators and alarm signals. Both local and remote monitoring interfaces are available, as well as support for various communication protocols for scaling and integration.
GE-F60 is a versatile solution for high-power backup or off-grid power supply. The system is compatible with solar panels, wind turbines, diesel generators and the centralised grid. Additional safety is provided by alarm, ventilation and automatic aerosol fire suppression systems.
