FAQ

Frequently asked questions about solar systems

A working system needs three groups of equipment: solar panels that generate DC power, an inverter that converts it to AC and manages the flow, and — for hybrid or off-grid setups — a battery that stores surplus energy. Mounting hardware, protection devices and cabling complete the installation.

An on-grid system feeds the grid and stops working during an outage. A hybrid system adds a battery, so it keeps critical loads running when the grid is down. An off-grid system has no grid connection at all and must cover the full load from panels and storage.

Start from your consumption: the array is sized against annual generation targets, the battery against the load you want to keep running and for how long. Send us your electricity usage and the loads that must stay on, and we will propose a configuration.

Not automatically. Battery and inverter must agree on voltage class (low-voltage or high-voltage) and speak a common communication protocol, usually CAN or RS485. We confirm compatibility before quoting a combination.

Warranty is set by each manufacturer and differs by product group — panels typically carry a separate product warranty and performance warranty, while inverters and batteries carry a single term. Where the manufacturer publishes them, warranty terms are listed in the product's specification table; otherwise ask us for the current terms.

Use the "Request price" button on any product, or the consultation form on this page. Tell us the site, the loads and whether you need grid backup, and we will come back with a configuration and pricing.
