The Dyness SBDU100 BMS control module is a key element of an energy storage system, responsible for the smart management of battery modules and for optimising the operation of the entire power system. It is purpose-built to work with the Dyness S51100 51.2V 100Ah battery series and performs the mission-critical functions of monitoring, balancing, protection and communication. In effect, it is the “brain” of the system, ensuring its stability, efficiency and safety.
The module continuously tracks the key operating parameters of the batteries:
- voltage
- current
- temperature
- state of charge
The built-in BMS provides comprehensive protection against:
- overcharging
- deep discharge
- short circuit
- overload
- overheating
Automatic cell balancing prevents uneven wear and keeps battery capacity at a high level throughout the entire service life.
The Dyness SBDU100 BMS supports the CAN and RS485 interfaces, which makes it easy to integrate with a wide range of inverters and control systems.
